My favorite part of working at my old job was going to lunch with my co-workers. I was lucky enough to find people there who I had friendships with beyond the workplace, and going to check out local eateries near the office was one of the ways we kept the workday feeling lively and fresh.

One such outing consisted of traveling to the SoMa StrEat Food park on 11th Street.

First stop: the We Sushi sushi truck for sushi wraps (for Jackie and Lauren) and spicy California roll (for me)!

Amy went to the Arki Truck for fries, which we all devoured.

I finished off the mealtime with an overly indulgent (but completely worth it) SF Delights Thai Tiramisu:

Not a bad lunch for the average workday.
